A panel on “Gender Equality” was held with 11 participants on December 27, 2024, with the objective of enhancing awareness regarding gender equality, moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dikmen Yakalı. Prof. Dr. Funda Tıhmınlıoğlu, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ceyda Öksel Karakuş, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Benay Uzer Yılmaz discussed the importance of gender equality in engineering sciences, and ways to increase equal opportunities in this field and addressed inquiries from the attendees.
