Kick-off Meeting

HRS4R kick-off meeting was held by Implementation Committee on April 26, 2023 with 55 face-to-face and 16 online participants. The meeting started with the opening speech of Rector Prof. Dr. Yusuf BARAN and the HRS4R process was introduced to the participants.
